ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ "We are happy to join you for the occasion" ಅಂತ ಪ್ರತಿ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

"People of Ayodya were celebrating the return of Rama from his 14 years of exile by lighting lamps"

"Krishna killed narakasura"

"Deepa - avali is a rows of light"

"Deepaawali symbolizes victory of good over evil.., Fight against the evil which is inside ourselves"

ವಿಘ್ನೇಶ್ ದೀಪಾವಳಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುತ್ತ "Krishna killed narakaasura and released 16,000 women from his prison, as well as brought new light in their life. It symbolizes that, who are fortunate enough, need to uplift the life of less fortunate and less priviledged ones, so

Aren't u worried about ur Hair fall..???

Every time when I comb a bunch of hair would be lying helplessly. I felt that those falling hairs were crying and requesting me ;"don't let us fall down"!. I decided to do something for these hairs. I changed my shampoo, oil; nothing worked out. I searched in the web sitting days together. Finally I understood that the very first reason for hair loss is deficiency of vitamin B and Iron . I changed my diet, Started taking lot of vitamin B and irons. Hair fall is less now.So I am putting here reasons and remedies what I got from my whole time research on hair loss! Hopefully it will be helpful for you.

Ø The very first cause of hair loss in women is dietary or nutritional deficiency. It has been found that iron deficiency in the body or the insufficient intake of proteins in one’s diet and the lack of vitamin B6 can lead to the problem of premature hair loss
Ø Has been proven that iron deficiency is a factor in female hair loss,
Ø Improper hair care or experimenting too much with one’s hair through the use of harmful chemicals can also lead to the problem of hair loss. Thus, one should take proper care of one’s hair and prevent them from premature falling
Ø Other potential causes of hair loss - or at least, contributing factors are stress and poor hair care practices. Not brushing hair regularly, or washing it regularly, can affect the normal hair growth cycle
Ø Fatty acids in our scalp result in a dry scalp and cause hair loss. Shampooing your hair regularly with shampoos that are used especially to prevent dry scalp can reduce these fatty acids. Some brands of shampoos have special vitamins in the ingredients for healthy hair. Women with long hair, past the bottom of the shoulder, usually experience hair loss more than women with shorter hair
Ø There are some natural vitamins for promoting hair growth on the market. Biotin is a vitamin in the B family and is essential in the proper growth of hair. Taking two tablets a day about 5000-8000 mg would ensure enough effective results that you should begin to see in just a few weeks.
Ø If your hair loss is caused by a vitamin deficiency , upping your daily vitamins and minerals might work wonders. Anemia is a cause of hair loss in women so, if you are anemic, you should add a lot of iron-rich food to your diet. Examples include broccoli, banana, skinned potato . Alternatively, you can take an iron supplement. If it works, this simple remedy will treat both your anemia and your hair loss
Ø It is beneficial to eat a nutritionally balanced diet, whether you are suffering from hair loss or not. Vitamins are very important when it comes to hair loss. Vitamins for women, especially vitamin B6. It is also a good idea to get plenty of minerals such as zinc and iron. Amino acids and protein-rich foods can also fight hair loss. The skins of potatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers are rich in the mineral silica which can strengthen the hair.
Ø Although not a vitamin, aloe Vera can help with women's hair loss. This plant contains 18 amino acids, 75 nutrients and 12 types of vitamin. Aloe Vera works by balancing the pH of the scalp and cleansing the pores. It also contains a natural anti-inflammatory which helps with some types of alopecia. Aloe Vera is applied to the scalp and hair. A beneficial hair loss shampoo is made from wheat germ, aloe Vera and coconut milk. If you want to try this, make sure there is a high percentage of aloe Vera in the product you choose
Ø The healthy condition of the hair depends, to a very large extent, on the intake of sufficient amounts of essential nutrients in the daily diet. Persons with a tendency to lose hair should take a well-balanced and correct diet, made up of foods which, in combination, should supply all the essential nutrients. It has been found that a diet which contains liberal quantities of seeds, nuts, grains, vegetables and fruits would provide adequate amounts of all the essential nutrients. Each food group should roughly form the bulk of one of the three principal meals. These foods should, however, be supplemented with certain special foods such as milk, vegetable oils, honey, wheat germ, yeast and liver.
Apart from taking nutrition foods, one can try these home remedies:
Treatment for Hair Loss using Rubbing of Scalp
A vigorous rubbing of the scalp with fingers after washing the hair with cold water is one of the most effective among the several home remedies for the prevention and treatment of hair loss. The scalp should be rubbed vigorously till it starts to tingle with the heat. It will activate the sebaceous glands and energies the circulation of blood in the affected area, making the hair grows healthy.
Hair Loss home remedy using Amla Oil
Indian gooseberry oil (Nellikaayi), prepared by boiling dry pieces of Indian gooseberry in coconut oil, is considered a valuable hair tonic for enriching hair growth. A mixture of an equal quantity of fresh Indian gooseberry juice and lime juice, used as a shampoo also stimulates hair growth and prevents hair loss.
Treatment for Hair Loss treatment using Lettuce
Lettuce is useful in preventing hair loss. A mixture of lettuce and spinach juice is believed to help the growth of hair if taken to the extent to half a liter a day
Hair Loss treatment using Alfalfa
The juice of alfalfa, in combination with equal quantities of carrot and lettuce juice, taken daily, also helps the growth of hair to a remarkable extent. The combination of these juices is rich in elements which are particularly useful for the growth of hair. While preparing alfalfa juice, the leaves of the plant may be used when they can be obtained fresh.

Fruits, Vegetables and grains which are high in vitamin B6, protein and Iron are:

Vitamin B6: Banana,Watermelon, potato, carrots, peas, whole grains, spinach, Egg yolk, meat, yeast.

Protein: Broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, mushroom, potato, sweet corn, sweet potato, tomato. n fruits except grapes and lime almost all fruits has protein content.

Pasta

Whenever I go to groceries shop here, I used to look at pasta packets. I was pretty impressed by the different shapes, types of these pastas. But I wasn't purchasing it because I didn’t know how to prepare pasta. One of my friend laksh cooks western style food very well. I asked her and she taught me very well. Now I cook pasta very often. Once in a week Italian dishes will be there at my home. Thanks laksh :)

Ingredients:
  • pasta - 1/4 packet
  • brinjal chopped - 1 cup
  • tomato - 1/4 cup
  • black pepper - 1 tbs
  • all flour or rice flour - 2 tbs
  • Italian seasoning - 1 tbs
  • milk - 3/4 cup
  • cheese - 1 tbs
  • salt
  • oil

Cook the pasta as per the direction given in the packet (put pasta to the boiled water and cook for 15 minutes. Add salt for the taste). Mean while cook brinjal separately, add little salt for the taste and keep it aside. Now in the thick based vessel, add the oil or spray the oil. Keep on top of low flamed stove. Add the flour to the oil and stir well for 1 minute or until oil absorbs flour and becomes like dough. Now add milk and stir well until it becomes semi solid. It will take hardly 2 - 3 minutes. Put the cooked brinjal, tomato and black pepper to the semi solid milk and mix well. Now add the cooked pasta to it and mix well. Add Italian seasoning and mix well. Keep it on the stove for 2 minutes. Keep mixing it and see to it that it will not stick to the base. Turn it of the stove. Keep it in the fridge for an hour and serve cold with the Italian sauce. Some people like hot pasta. You can have hot also. Both will be simply amazing. Taste both!

Note: If you like mushroom, you can do this with mushroom also. I don't do it because i don't like it. But laksh told me that mushroom pasta tastes yummy
