Simple bread topped with tomato and cheese tastes wonderful.
Ingredients:
Italian long sized bread (preferably garlic flavor)
Tomato - 1 big chopped finely
Dried Basil - 1 tbs
Dried Italian seasoning 1 tbs
Cheese of your choice - I used Pepper jack
Salt ( If desired, Cheese will have added salt)Pepper - to taste
Cut the bread into 1 inch thick slice . Turn on the oven to 350f . Place each slice on the baking dish. place tomato, garlic, cheese on top of each slice. Add pepper and seasoning herbs and salt if desired. Sprinkle olive oil on top of each slice. Bake them for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese melts and bread is slightly browned. Make sure that you did not burn the bread to black! . Serve hot. Enjoy the snack
