What you need ?
Vegetables of your favorite and honey pepper combination is what triple 'S' . It's such a soothing salad on the side!.
What I used ?
Vegetables:
1 cup of shredded lettuce
1/2 cup of red small reddish chopped roughly
1/2 cup of baby spinach - tear it half
1/2 cup of chopped baby carrot
1/2 cup of cucumber -chop it lengthwise.
1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
Seasoning:
2 tbs honey1/4 tbs pepper
1/8 tbs salt
2 tbs almond chopped roughly
2 tbs raisins
1/4 cup of orange juice
2 tbs olive oil
Add all the vegetables in a large bowl. Add all the seasoning ingredients except orange juice. Add this just before serving. mix well and enjoy the simple, soothing summer salad. ◦
