Ingredients:
Tomato - 1 cup finely chopped
Onion - 1 cup finely chopped
Green chilly - 2 chopped
Red chilly powder - 1 tbs or to taste
Garam masala - 1 tbs
Rice flour - 2 cups
Water - to mix all the ingredients,
Salt - 1 tbs or to taste
Sugar - 1/2 tbs or to taste
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together with water to make a dosa(pancake) batter.
Let it rest for 15 minutes
Heat the pancake pan on the stove
Pour a big spoon full of batter to hot pan. Cook both sides. It will take couple of minutes extra to cook compare to the regular dosa.
Serve with chutney. Enjoy
