Crispy barley dosa

If you are not aware of barley health facts, read this article .

Barley - 1 cup
Rice    -  1 cup
Methi seeds - 1/4 tbs
Urad dal - 1/4 cup
Salt - 11/4 tbs or per taste

Dosa with Banana payasa

Soak them for 5-6 hours in a good amount of water. Grind to make a batter and let it ferment overnight.
Add salt and make a thin dosa.
Tip: You can use any of your old unused card or  rectangle thick card stock to make a thin dosa. Place a spoonful of batter in the center and use the card stock to spread evenely. This make more crispier dosa. Enjoy with chutney or sambar or banana payasa.
