Potato/Broccoli Bread slice roll

I had prepared this as a snack and we both liked it and also it so stomach filling it just became our dinner with Roasted corn soup .
Ingredients: For 6 slices
Bread Slices - 6  I used whole wheat bread
Potato - 2 small
Garlic - 1 clove minced
Broccoli head - 1 cup chopped finely
Paneer - 1 cup grated ( optional)
Cheese - 1 cup
Oil/Butter - 2 tbs divided
Salt and Pepper -to taste

                              Potato/Broccoli stuffing
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry for sometime. Add the boiled- mashed potato and broccoli and cook for sometime.
Add salt and pepper. Add very little water to cook. Set aside.

 Roll the Bread slice using rolling pin to make a thin slice. Rolling will make it easy to stuff and bake.
                                                Press and Roll all the slices and keep it aside
Place a spoon full of stuffing on one side of a bread slice and roll them until the other end. Use the toothpick to hold both ends of slice together.
Brush the butter to rolled slice and bake them for 7-10 minutes or until brown. Serve immediately. You can serve with chutney for added flavor. Enjoy.
