Hot weather and cold smoothies goes so well. I made banana, blue berry smoothie yesterday for vighnesh and he loved it in that hot weather. Very relaxing!.
Ingredients :
Banana - 1
Blue Berry - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Orange Juice - 1/2 cup
Sugar or Honey (If desired)
Chop banana and grind all of them together to make a smoothie!. Truly it is simple yet tastes yummy and off course healthy. Enjoy the smoothie today.
