This is Vighnesh's one of the favorite side dish. It goes so well with soup and bread. I do it very often. Here is what you need
Green beans : 1/2 pound (long beans cut along the side)
Olive oil - 2 tbs
Garlic - 3-4 cloves chopped finely
Dried parsley, thyme, Oregano
Salt and pepper - to taste
Steam the beans or cook it with very less water for 3-4 minutes. Do not over cook.
Drain the water if you have cooked with water.
Heat the olive oil in a pan add garlic and half cooked beans, turn the heat to medium. Fry for sometime and then add salt, pepper, and other spices and mix it well. A simple yet tasty beans is ready to serve.

My husband loves his veggies like this, I've made mushrooms and carrots this way. Will give beans a try.
