Aren't u worried about ur Hair fall..???

Every time when I comb a bunch of hair would be lying helplessly. I felt that those falling hairs were crying and requesting me ;"don't let us fall down"!. I decided to do something for these hairs. I changed my shampoo, oil; nothing worked out. I searched in the web sitting days together. Finally I understood that the very first reason for hair loss is deficiency of vitamin B and Iron . I changed my diet, Started taking lot of vitamin B and irons. Hair fall is less now.So I am putting here reasons and remedies what I got from my whole time research on hair loss! Hopefully it will be helpful for you.

Ø The very first cause of hair loss in women is dietary or nutritional deficiency. It has been found that iron deficiency in the body or the insufficient intake of proteins in one’s diet and the lack of vitamin B6 can lead to the problem of premature hair loss
Ø Has been proven that iron deficiency is a factor in female hair loss,
Ø Improper hair care or experimenting too much with one’s hair through the use of harmful chemicals can also lead to the problem of hair loss. Thus, one should take proper care of one’s hair and prevent them from premature falling
Ø Other potential causes of hair loss - or at least, contributing factors are stress and poor hair care practices. Not brushing hair regularly, or washing it regularly, can affect the normal hair growth cycle
Ø Fatty acids in our scalp result in a dry scalp and cause hair loss. Shampooing your hair regularly with shampoos that are used especially to prevent dry scalp can reduce these fatty acids. Some brands of shampoos have special vitamins in the ingredients for healthy hair. Women with long hair, past the bottom of the shoulder, usually experience hair loss more than women with shorter hair
Ø There are some natural vitamins for promoting hair growth on the market. Biotin is a vitamin in the B family and is essential in the proper growth of hair. Taking two tablets a day about 5000-8000 mg would ensure enough effective results that you should begin to see in just a few weeks.
Ø If your hair loss is caused by a vitamin deficiency , upping your daily vitamins and minerals might work wonders. Anemia is a cause of hair loss in women so, if you are anemic, you should add a lot of iron-rich food to your diet. Examples include broccoli, banana, skinned potato . Alternatively, you can take an iron supplement. If it works, this simple remedy will treat both your anemia and your hair loss
Ø It is beneficial to eat a nutritionally balanced diet, whether you are suffering from hair loss or not. Vitamins are very important when it comes to hair loss. Vitamins for women, especially vitamin B6. It is also a good idea to get plenty of minerals such as zinc and iron. Amino acids and protein-rich foods can also fight hair loss. The skins of potatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers are rich in the mineral silica which can strengthen the hair.
Ø Although not a vitamin, aloe Vera can help with women's hair loss. This plant contains 18 amino acids, 75 nutrients and 12 types of vitamin. Aloe Vera works by balancing the pH of the scalp and cleansing the pores. It also contains a natural anti-inflammatory which helps with some types of alopecia. Aloe Vera is applied to the scalp and hair. A beneficial hair loss shampoo is made from wheat germ, aloe Vera and coconut milk. If you want to try this, make sure there is a high percentage of aloe Vera in the product you choose
Ø The healthy condition of the hair depends, to a very large extent, on the intake of sufficient amounts of essential nutrients in the daily diet. Persons with a tendency to lose hair should take a well-balanced and correct diet, made up of foods which, in combination, should supply all the essential nutrients. It has been found that a diet which contains liberal quantities of seeds, nuts, grains, vegetables and fruits would provide adequate amounts of all the essential nutrients. Each food group should roughly form the bulk of one of the three principal meals. These foods should, however, be supplemented with certain special foods such as milk, vegetable oils, honey, wheat germ, yeast and liver.
Apart from taking nutrition foods, one can try these home remedies:
Treatment for Hair Loss using Rubbing of Scalp
